Golden Turmeric and Coconut Milk

My golden turmeric and coconut milk is a delicious, heart-warming drink that’s fantastic for recovery due to its anti-inflammatory properties. It’s also packed with powerful anti-oxidants and does wonders for your immune system and digestion

Ingredients – serves 2

1 cup full-fat coconut milk

1 cinnamon stick

½ tsp turmeric

1 inch thinly-sliced fresh ginger

1 tbsp pure honey

1 tbsp coconut oil

½ tsp crushed black peppercorns

Method

Whisk all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a low boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Strain through a sieve and serve with a dash of ground cinnamon. Enjoy!
