Classic Berry Smoothie

Sweet, refreshing and filling while packing a nutritional punch with vitamins, minerals and Essential Fatty Acids…what’s not to like?


1 ripe banana

1/3 mug raspberries (70g)

1/3 mug blueberries (70g)

1/3 mug strawberries (70g)

3 tablespoons coconut milk

1 teaspoon almond butter


Peel the banana, then place it in a blender with the berries, coconut milk and almond butter and blend until smooth and creamy.
