Ailey Mae’s Raw Chocolate is hitting Scotland by storm. If you have not already tried this then don’t waste another day having not enjoyed this indulgent yet healthy delight! Ailey Mae’s Raw Chocolate is not just seriously good for you, it is also a bit of utter joy in a wrapper and comes in lots of fantastic flavours! As Chocolate is one of my absolute favourite things to eat this is just like a dream come true. All the ingredients are certified organic (except the raspberries). Their basic chocolate ingredients are Raw Cacao Powder, Raw Cacao Butter, Coconut Butter and Agave.
The range of bars and truffles includes; Orange and Brazil Nut; Peppermint; Himalayan Pink Salt; Roasted Hazelnut; Maple Pecan and Raspberry and Salted Caramel to name but a few.
Ailey now supplies Hot Chocolate to Steampunk which completely adds to the heavenliness of Ailey’s Raw Chocolate experience. The ingredients of the Hot Chocolate are simply: Raw Cacao Powder, Coconut Sugar and Himalayan Pink Salt. The Vanilla Chai Version has the same ingredients and also includes a blend of spices and vanilla powder.
